Turning nutrition advice into everyday action
Knowing what to eat is one thing. Putting it into practice is another.
Cancer Kitchen helps you turn nutrition advice into practical meals, recipes and everyday food choices that support treatment, recovery and wellbeing.
What is Cancer Kitchen?
Cancer Kitchen is a six-week, nutrition program that combines practical nutrition education, cooking demonstrations, meal-planning ideas and member resources, designed specifically for people living with and beyond cancer.
Supported by the Sydney Breast Cancer Foundation, Cancer Kitchen bridges the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.
